Support when you need it

Every add-on is optional. Bug fixes are part of your school subscription and do not require an extra package.

Development support is currently available only with a monthly school subscription. An annual plan never adds support automatically.

Which country fits my school?

Self-service purchasing is intended for Germany and Mauritius. Country, language, time zone and school-year structure are separate settings. For other countries, we review requirements before purchase.

Do I need setup or Product Partner?

No. Complete data migration and your first guided workflow are included free of charge. Additional setup offers up to 6 extra setup hours and 2 further training sessions if needed. Product Partner supports ongoing development wishes. Annual subscriptions cannot be combined with monthly development options in this checkout.
